Clone windows 11 won't boot

Wondering if any of you lot can help me out here, I currently have windows 11 installed on a 1tb sabrent rocket m.2 gen 3 with 300gb used, I cloned my os using acronis to a new 500gb WD black m.2 gen 4 everything seems to of copied OK but when I go to boot off the WD drive the screens black with my cursor popping up every few seconds with the little thinking icon next to the cursor. I can install a fresh copy of Windows and that works absolutely fine. It's not the end of the world if I have to start again but ideally I'd rather not.

Did you clone all partitions from te hold drive? As there is GPT/UEFI boot partition probably.

Yea, other than the main partition being smaller being a smaller drive it was all copied over. Both are GPT

Yea but there all unplugged
