Help to fit budget

Yalak

Budget (including currency):

$4500 USD

Country:

Morocco

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Mostly web browsing (Chrome / Opera GX), programing (Unity / Visual studio Community ...), speedrunning (Celeste / ETG ...) , Minecraft ( I play modded ) ...

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Here is my PcPartPicker list : https://pcpartpicker.com/list/bMK4RT

I mostly want to know what I should downgrade to fit my budget .

It's my first build so I don't have anything to upgrade from .

Any resolution that isn't below 1920x1080 would be great .

I would prefer a refresh rate of 240hz or above but it isn't really important for me .

I don't need peripherals for now .

I'm planning to buy it in January / February of 2022 .

Sorry if there were errors in my text , English isn't my first language .

Any help would be appreciated 🙂

PC Part Picker doesn't have Moroccan currency for some reason - you put that list together in USD. Unless you're aware of this, your actual budget is about $490 USD...

The Strix 3090 was just too expensive & the equivalent 6900 XT also went over budget a fair bit. The Crosshair motherboards have a very high "#1" premium, so the X570-E will offer almost exactly the same experience. More storage can always be purchased in the future, so I just kept the SSD.

Recommend these changes. Also, that was way too much for that 3090. I'm also recommending 3 separate SSDs, for partitioning and organization. You can organize your games and your work better.
