win 10 memory problem "unable to allocate x bytes"

Greetings. User of win 10,

My pc has 32 gb Ram. The other stats are irrelevant.

I get the error "unable to allocate x bytes" and the pc crashes, in part.

I mean excluding some programs who froze, the pc works fine.

But when I restart it, it doesn't restart on its own, it freezes instead.

I've checked the memories with a program and they work fine.

Why do I get this error with that amount of ram?

Do I need to upgrade?

Is it a software problem? And how can I fix it?
