gpu wont work somthims!

Hello!

i change my gpu to gtx950  and after a few days of working perfectly fine I started to have issues while attempting to perform a cold boot (I shut down my computer every night and the issue arises next morning).

The PC will power on, and the motherboard LED's all go through their stages normally, but my resolution  

stuck on 800x600 and device manager show code 43 on my gpu and when i use gpu z everything is fine except my memory (its showing me 0 memory)
 The problem can be bypassed by simply holding the power button again to shut down the pc, and after 10-20 attempt to power it on, it boots normally.

I have no issues whatsoever while gaming / doing desktop stuff and like I've mentioned before, this doesn't always occur.

it just happen when  shutdown my computer!!

try a different hdmi/dp cable, and a different slot.

i tried different hdmi and dvi cable but didnt fix the issue
my mainboard have only one pci slot

you have a different monitor to try? also, what are the full specs of the build?
