Hi, I have a Dell P2415Q with a DP out, can I buy any monitor with a DP port to plug it in?

 

What should I be looking for in a second monitor?

Check the specs, but essentially yes, you can daisy chain monitors with DP, if the monitor supports MST.

You can attach any DisplayPort display, but you'll be very limited in the resolutions and refresh rates available, since 4K 60 Hz already consumes almost the entire DisplayPort link.
