Can't reach 75hz

DatLe

I just bought a 2k 75hz monitor, to connect to the Probook 455 G8. Everything is fine except I don't understand why the monitor refresh rate is only 60hz. I'm currently connecting to the monitor using the included HDMI cable and I'm using both the laptop and the monitor at the same time. Hope someone can answer for me

Laptops are usually limited by Intel HD graphics which only supports speeds up to 300 MHz TMDS (60 Hz at 1440p) over HDMI.

But my integrated graphics is RX Vega 7 on R5 5600U, is there any difference between them?

Not familiar with limitations on AMD laptops. You may just need to set a custom resolution. Use the instructions in section 6.3 here: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/how-to-connect-to-a-120-hz-display.3268285/
