You spend almost 180 on fans, try getting some cheaper ones.

6600 XT is often cheaper while also being faster. However, it will miss features like RT and Nvenc.

Z690 and 12700K would be better, maybe worth considering?

Samsung SSD's are overpriced, get something cheaper like a Kingston A2000.

It's generally considered better to go with the 5600x or 5900x, not the 5800x.  5600x for just gaming, 5900x for productivity and gaming.

That said, the 12 series Intel is out and performing well.  Prices are not awesome though.

Case and fans... don't understand that at all.

1TB storage is low.  I'd go 500GB boot, 2TB storage.  You don't need games and/or work stuff on the boot drive.

If you want RGB get Cooler Master MF140 or MF120 3 pack. (that case supports up to 4 140mm or up to 6 120mm).

If you don't mind having no RGB some 140 Noctua or Be Quiet fans should do.

Corsair ML fans are fantastic, if you're going for a premium fan, get them, I've found them worth the price, But, well, I'd go Noctua or Arctic and save half the money for this sort of build.  Both of them will outlast the computer.

Check out the SK Hynix drives instead of the Samsung - IME they perform better, and are cheaper.
