PFP brightens up when hovered in subforum pages

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Go to a sub forum page. Eg: Forum Bugs and Issues - Linus Tech Tips

Hover over a pfp, it brightens up

 

What happened?

PFP brightens up

 

What did you expect to happen?

Nothing

This causes some people's PFP which are go almost blank.
