Does Best Buy sell the FE RTX online, or you just pay online, and have to go to store?

I had a post about it not too long ago (regarding buying FE cards), but I don't think I asked this specific one:

 

I found a forwarding company from the US to my country, so I wanted to know, if I magically manage to add a card to cart and perform a checkout - does Best Buy ship it? Or I have to go to store?
