I need help getting my pc parts below $1800 (AUD) on pc part picker

Budget (including currency): $1700 AUD (max)

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: MFS 2020, f1 games, Minecraft, Project cars, CSGO, GTAV, rainbow 6, (and other simulation games, and some fps games)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I want to play most of my games at 1440p but can deal with 1080p and preferably above 100 fps. I am currently a laptop user and am looking to upgrade to a pc that i wont have to upgrade for at least 12 months. I don't need any peripherals.  The current attachment below has the pc parts I have picked out. https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/w8b67X

Drop the $45 RGB fan

Drop the 2TB HDD. You can always add more storage later.

Drop the Windows key and run it without activating. If you're a student you may be eligible for a discounted Windows licence key.

Swap the 120mm AIO cooler for a half decent air cooler. 120mm AIOs aren't that great.

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

Easy

Ditched the underperforming and overpriced rgb fan

Swapped case for one that includes 4 rgb fans + good airflow

Swapped cpu for 10400f cause im pretty sure you wont bother overclocking by the mb choice

Swapped cooler for an se 224 xt

Ditched hdd, add it later

Ditched windows liscense, buy from a site like scdkeys instead cause cheap

Well theres an extra 2225aud now so maybe you can upgrade the gpu

If you're looking at the Arctic Freezer 34 eSports cooler check Amazon AU. I got mine there for $50 AUD shipped from Amazon USA ($17 cheaper than the best price shown in PCPP). Price seems to fluctuate a lot though. https://www.amazon.com.au/ARCTIC-Esports-ONE-Tower-Cooler/dp/B07MC8BLC3/?th=1
