My gpu's fans go to 100% after i shut down the system

AMD Newbie

When windows shuts down, my gpu's fans go to 100 % for about 2-3 seconds and then they stop. What is wrong with my card? I tested this card multiple times and everything was fine. My card is EVGA 980 Ti SC Gaming ACX 2.0+. No overlooks applied. Everything on default in MSI Afterburner and EVGA software.
