Windows 10 Server isn't logging in automatically

I have a small 8 bay server that crashes sometimes every 7~9 days. The problem is after it automatically reboots it stalls at login screen, awaiting user to input password. I tried adding netplwiz change but that doesn't work. It used to work when I didn't have the computer associated to a Microsoft Account. Since I need to use Remote Desktop I had to add an account. Now it always awaits user password...

Is there a way I can get by this issue?

Remote desktop shouldn't need a user to be logged in for ti to work.

 

Can you use a local account, that will make it much easier here. But there is a registry option for auto login(not suggest as it stores the password in plain text), but you can do it.

I checked and this was already enabled. It still asks me for a password and doesn't automatically sign in...
