I have been moding my extended sprinter van and have been upgrading the infotainment center, and I want to put in a pc. But I am not ok with simple putting it on the floor, what would be the best solution. The way that it would be set up would make sure that it never would be on without the car or ac so overheating isn't my biggest concern. I am mostly concerned on how to mount it safely, its a big car and rides can get bumpy sometimes. Any suggestions?

If has iGPU and only SSD's--then "bumps" aren't really going to be a problem.  Get a NUC box or something like that, so you don't even need a desktop PSU (which may also not like being bounced around).  Maybe put double-side foam adhesive to mount it on the underside of something.  Not really sure what type of performance you're looking for here.  But if it's browsing/streaming on the go--NUC is probably the most hassle-free way.

For a van pc its advised to generally not load a connector or a part of the board with something heavy like gpu on the pcie slot and aircooler on the socket

So aio and igpu is prefferable here, or maybe just go for an ssf like @IPD reccomended sch as the nuc or a mini pc like asrock deskmini x300 (can be bought barebones or assembled aka pre built)
