troubeshooting Unruly internal USB 3.0 card

First, my internal USB CARD failed
USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller - This device cannot start. (Code 10)

So I surfed around a while and found VIA_XHCI_Driver_V4.00B_WithAp,
I installed it, and it worked for about 10 hours
then my VIA USB 2 hub(s) broke with Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

Tried to reinstalled driver and got error : Fail to Installed components : VIA XHCI Host Controller Driver V4.40D

it worked until reboo

So installing the VIA_XHCI_Driver_V4.00B_WithAp.exe fixes it for approximately 1 min

because all I get now is VIA USB 2.0 Location 1 (USB2.0 Hub) Windows is uninstalling this device. (Code 21)

so I guess the hardware *mostly new USB 3.0 PCIe card* is dead or dying

So, unless anyone has a suggestion for a fix how about suggestions for an internal USB 3.0 card... the more ports the better
