Don't. I'm sorry but the prices right now are completely insane and there's no way anyone would or should drop so much money on a GPU.

 

Hold out with your current one for as long as you can and wait until the prices drop or, if you are of age, try to pick up a part-time job and buy one yourself.

I have gtx750 ti and I want gtx 1660 ti or gtx 1660 because it have dp output and I dont have to overclock it for war thunder.

as a full grown adult , yeah they are a terrible value right now. your parents shouldnt be buying them , nobody really should be
