Budget pc building

This is my first time building a pc and idk much.Im from Bangladesh. My budget is around 1300 usd. Here's all the components I might use https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Q3Fvgt   I'm not sure about the cabinet, motherboard, storage and monitor. And for the gpu I might just buy a 2nd hand 1660 super but 2nd hand deals are always sussy. Also I'm gonna be buying the components locally so they're a bit cheaper also I can ask them to build it for me idk if they'll charge extra for that but I'm sure as hell not building it myself. Another thing should I buy the ryzen 5 5600g? I know it's more expensive (I'll just buy the gpu a bit later) and the i5 11400 gives 5-15+ more fps in certain games but with ryzen I can oc. Then again do I really need to overclock. I'll be doing 1080p video editing, gfx, vfx, coding, cod warzone, some other games etc. I should get a decent performance.

If you have some other suggestions please let me know. Don't forget to check the components I chose.

To be fear, That isn't good for this price range, You can do much better.

Here is what should you do.

Yes, I understand wanting to buy parts locally, But currently as you know GPUs are very hard to buy for normal price, So newegg sells 6600XT bundled with motherboard for around 650USD, This is best option to get hands on GPU, So check newegg, They almost always have B560+6600XT or B550+6600XT bundle for around this price, And here is list for other parts.

P.S. Never ever buy 120/140mm AIO.

Don't overpay for RAM.

Don't get less than 500GB SSD.

Don't get small and crap monitor, After all that's what you'll be always looking at.

Also if u get GPU and motherboard separately, Don't overpay on motherboard, Get something like this:

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/QzYmP6/asrock-b560-pro4-atx-lga1200-motherboard-b560-pro4

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/KHhFf7/asrock-b560-steel-legend-atx-lga1200-motherboard-b560-steel-legend

B560 Steel legend is great one.

And don't buy 1650, Try to get at least 1660.
