Need Appraisal for Old PC I'm Trying to Sell

I built a pc several years ago and never really use it now that I'm in college and now I'm looking to sell it. The parts list is attached below and the PC is in really great shape since I never really used it. Now I'm just wondering what a realistic price to ask for it would be. Thank you for any help.

Somewhere around $700-800 probably. I'd ask $1000 and accept as low as $650, though more likely you'll get somewhere around $800, depending on your area.
