GPU’s PCI resizable bar

Hi so I heard by turning “pci resizable bar” on can increase performance? I am on a msi gf65 thin 10SDR with an i7-10750h and a GTX1660Ti Mobile. This laptop was released just last year so it’s brand new! Why would in GPU-Z it show that resizable bar is disabled yet when I go to bios —> PCI SubSystem Settings the ONLY option for me to enable/disable is something called “BME DMA Mitigation”

Laptops dont have toggle functions that most desktop PC motherboards have. Also, I am not sure if anything but IIRC only RTX3xxx series graphics cards support resizeable bar.
