EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Low Furmark Score

I must have turned on some setting that is capping my fps to 60. I have opened precision x1 and the nvidia control panel and turned off framerate cap but I still see the same low scores in furmark. GPU usage is 99% too, I am certain nothing is wrong with the card and this is an issue that exists between the seat and the keyboard. Please help me figure out what I have done to limit my performance here.

As you can see on the last line, your gpu max power it's 34% of the total power that it can use

You nailed it right on the head, sir. I checked out the settings on precision x1 and saw that I had the power limit capped very low. I reset that to default and applied the suite of settings I had on before and the problem was solved. Thank you much!

As it turns out I had inadvertently limited the power consumption in the menus that allow me to place a cap on thermals and power consumption, thank you for the feedback!
