Posted October 24, 2021 So I decided to purchase COD:WaW for a bit of nostalgia gaming while in quarantine and I'm being met with a "Profile could not be created" error (See screen dump) I've tried every fix I can find online, though most of them are pre 2019. The latest forums seem to be eluding to anyone who purchases a new copy of the game and hasn't previously owned it, as if there's some sort of game key issue, or a server issue not allowing new accounts to be created, though a small portion of people seem to not get the issue at all, so I am at a loss. I've reached the limits of my troubleshooting knowledge and am hoping someone here is able to help! I do have punkbuster turned on, and checking task manager while trying to connect shows a small amount of network usage so it seems as if it is connecting to the internet in some way....
