Hi,

Trying to overclock my RAM and using OCCT as stress test software, noticed that i get 2 error types, one of them is WHEA error. What is that?

Note that im using PBO on my 5600 for months stable with zero issues.

WHEA = Hardware failure

Stress tests are useless for RAM overclocking.

Use Prime95 blend test for stability of both CPU+RAM,run that for 3 hours.

If Prime95 gives you an error then the OC is not stable.

does the pc crash?

There's "corrected" whea errors (nothing happens) and uncorrected whea (crash)

In any case it simply means your oc isn't stable or you possibly need a bios update.

Testing with prime is a good idea too,but as long you get wheas something obviously isn't stable (so in this case gotta be the ram)
