I dont know if you need a 3080ti but with that kind of budget its a shame to settle for less.

The difference between an 80 and 80ti will never justify the premium Nvidia set, but like you said, OP's budget OP's decision.

Following up that statement, a Fuma 2 on a 5900X?... A Liquid Freezer II 240 or 280 would let it breath significantly more at a very reasonable price.

Uneccesary expensive mb, only useful if you need to run more than 1 gen4 nvme and/or dual gpu, get a b550 tomahawk instead, or if you need x570 then go for an x570 tomahawk

Speaking of which gen4 ssd is useless unless you have server like workloads that require regular transfer of massive files, if you just want gen4 for futureproofing get a cheaper ssd like the mp600 core, z440, or rocket 4.0

Overpriced psu, just get a cheaper decent quality psu like corsair rm(x), msi mpg, revolution df, etc.

Rams wise if you dont want rgb then go for the cheapest 3200mhz cl16 or 3600 cl16 kit you can find, if you want rgb then just get the cheapest rgb rams you can find, no need to overpay for overpriced rgb ram

Otherwise build seems ok

The Fuma 2 is perfectly capable of handling a 5900X. Unless the op is doing heavy cpu workloads then no need to change it. As he only mentions gaming then there will be no issue. Also the 5900X runs a bit cooler than the 5800X due to the layout.

I use only 4k now and the 3080 is perfect for it. At that resolution a 3080 ti is only about 4 frames faster.  At 1440p they are about 16 frames faster.

Case: be quiet! PURE BASE 500DX

Half my cases have failed with high end 30 series cards. I would go with a Lian li o11 dynamic.

GPU: RTX 3080 Ventus 3x 10G OC

My 3080 is a ROG Strix OC. It is nice but too pricy. I have a 3080 ti and 3090 Gaming X Trio and do like them.

CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x

I went with a 5800x but there is no down side to your choice.

CPU-Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black

My 5800x uses a 360mm AIO that is 5c cooler than a NH-D15(I own 3) It will work but idles may be high depending on the motherboard.

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix X570-E Gaming

I am not a fan of ASUS Mid ranged boards. For those I buy Aorus.

Power Supply: ASUS ROG Strix 850G

I would go bigger for future proofing. I buy EVGA or Corsair. What ever is cheaper at the time.

Storage: Western Digital Black SN850 m.2

Never used them. I use Crucial, Samsung and Corsair.

Memory: Haven't decided yet. But I think 2x16GB (maybe you have some suggestions)

I would go 3600 ram.

I also would populate, so 4x8gb. I like doing this because filling the slots later does not seem to work most of the time and if the motherboard has XMP issues it will show up right away.
