If you're just gaming or doing a bit of editing and streaming, save some money and go with a 4670K.

It's ..ok. For one, you're getting a relatively craptastic display with a powerful system which makes little sense. You spend all day staring at the screen and not your system.

If you are gonna do it a LOT and you don't mind spending extra, I don't see why you couldn't get the 4770K. (And don't forget to quote people so they know when you reply to them).

One more powerful card is pretty much always a better bet.
