Is that what happened? There are quite a few articles on it not just MKBHD who said it and from what I got it was due to conversion between Celsius and Fahrenheit. The source data is in C so 20C was converted to 68F and 21C converted to 69.8F, but that got rounded up to 70F to make it a whole number.
