Nvidia Grid card usage

From what I understand, Nvidia Grid cards are sorta like Xeon Phi or Nvidia Tesla or FirePro S/Radeon Instinct cards where they are mainly used in datacenters and servers. If I were to buy one of these (they're literally like $15 on ebay) would I be able to use it for anything at all? I'm planning on putting it in a server that would do F@H and Boinc but not 100% sure if that is the right use case for one of these cards.
