why are they slow

I only want to know why my CPU, and GPU, are running slow.  I know that the m.2 is slow because my mobo only supports x2 speed, not concerned about it.  I don't play big name title aside from GTAV, and RDR2, so I'm not concerned about upgrading my GPU.

I want to know what I can do to get better performance of my CPU and GPU.  I have already tried to install the latest drivers, rolling some drivers back, but it did not make a difference.

Just don't use userbenchmark and problem solved.

They're not reliable in any regard.

Run it at 480p. Simple.

Userbenchmark is horrible. Real life application benchmark is where you gonna find the real meat.

Cinebench

Unigine's various GPU benchmarks

3Dmark's various CPU and GPU benchmarks

Off the top of my head...
