Thats pretty funny, you could always just delete Skyrim and reinstall it.

Do you have VSync turned off? Turning it off breaks alot of physics unless you get a Borderless Window mod or something.

Skyrims physics don't work above 60fps. That's a problem you might be having. You could use either vsync or frame cap and see if that works.
