Dell XPS 7590 - 2 external 4k monitors ( HP Z27k G3 )

Go to solution Solved by Stahlmann,

Normally it should work like you said: USB C for one monitor, HDMI for the other one.

Hi,

I have a dell XPS 7590 - i5 9300h, 1650, 64gb ram and 512SSD

I have 1 HP Z27k G3 and I'm looking at buying another.

What's the best way for me to use the two monitors? at the moment, i use 1 USB type c to my laptop.

will it be as simple as using the HDMI for the 2nd monitor? Will the 2nd display be 4k 60hz ?

Bit of a stupid question i know... but i'd rather check now before spending £400+ on a monitor 😀

Thanks,

Ben

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
