Flickering/flashing purple bars on screen

So recently I noticed these purple/magenta-ish colored bars flickering on my screen. This occurs when I am looking at dark screen such as discord or youtube. 
I have already tried removing and installing my gpu and it didnt solve my issue.
Maybe anyone has some tips to resolve this issue?

Try changing display cable, if it doesn't help it might be the monitor going out, try another if you have access to one.
