Ubuntu on external SSD

Why Ubuntu create "Ubuntu boot" on my internal NVMe and not on my external SSD? I have installed Windows 11 on internal NVMe.

Probably because you didn't tell it to put it on the SSD.

That's what drive you are booting from. As Kilrah said above, you probably didn't specify to INSTALL Ubuntu onto your external drive. Note that booting is not the same as installing.

Can i clone Pop!_OS and Ubuntu so i don't need to install programs again in Ubuntu which i installed in Pop!_OS? I have it on external SSD's.
