10600k + ITX H570M or B560M

Hi, I'm looking for some advice, is this B560M board suitable for a 10600k? https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08XNJDGQZ

I read somewhere that it can only handle CPUs up to 100 watts, so being a K processor I think it might not be the best?

The second option is this H570M https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08XMSPQ4C

Would this be a good option for this CPU? These are my only two choices as I really need LGA 1200 socket + Mini ITX form factor, and there aren't many budget options available and I don't want to spend £200 for a motherboard.

Need to upgrade from my i5 4690k as it is bottlenecking my Titan X Pascal 😕

Why a k series on a board that doesn't support overclocking? Quite a bit of wasted money.

Either will work but depending on the cooling you get skip the k series cpu that and because of my other point. High chance you can buy a next gen 11th series i5 that is better for the money or even get a 5600g if lucky.

K series because its £20 cheaper than a non-K, so might as well buy one. And it is essential to use an Intel CPU for me because I would like to reuse my AIO cooler without buying any aftermarket brackets for AM4. For around £210 I can get a 11400, but I'm not sure if its worth the extra as the performance looks the same and the 10600k is £175.

Thanks

Get the 10600k then. It's the better deal for once. As for board I'd opt for the h570 but both would work.

My advice is get a Z board.

My i7 8086k are 5ghz 6 cores and run about the same as a 10600k.

With GTX 1080 ti they were fine stock feeding the GPU but when they got RTX 2080 tis they needed to have 5ghz plus all core overclocks to not leave lots of GPU performance unused.

So if you get a Z board you will be fine for a GPU upgrade later on. Without it you will be in the same boat again.

I just bought that ASROCK H570M board and I found an 11600 for sale for a decent price, so I bought that paired with 32GB Crucial RAM. Thanks everyone.
