Icons/thumbnails not showing/loading

Hey, so about a few days ago, all of my MP4, webm, png, jpg etc files just aren't showing the thumbnail.

I have my view set to large, but no option changes it...

I've tried deleting iconcache and restarting, no change...

Also tried adding a max cached icons to regedit, still nothing.

 

.exe thumbnails still show though, and nothing shows up on the folder icon that usually indicates there's items inside of it.

 

If anyone knows anything about this, please help! and thank you!
