They were counterfeit cigarettes ... not video cards.  If anything, some lame guy edited the video to put video cards in the video, but you can see when things fall in the water, the packages are small and lightweight, not like video cards.

i mananged to freze the video and  lok at the text on the box. your right, it says tobacco.
