Can I install NVIDIA Display Drivers?

I am trying to start recording but I cant use NVENC for OBS because I don't have it or a NVIDIA card, I am wondering if I install the display drivers for it will my PC still work?

You can't install Nvidia drivers without an Nvidia card of course.

If you dont have Nvidia graphics card, you cant install Nvidia drivers. If you dont have Nvidia drivers installed you cant use Nvenc. Your PC still would work with Nvidia drivers somehow installed.
