Crazy Gpu Fan behavior

Pristar4

Hey! I Run in to this issue that my Rtx 2080 after booting up will only make 2 out of the 3 fans Spin also they Spin at 100%, Temps are low and strangely always when i turn off or i turn my pc on all three fans are Spinning as expected only once windows booted up they seem to break. therefore i suspect that the Error must be within Windows and software. Any Help very much appreciated!

Also i can hear like a failing ramping up of a fan or so ca 10 sec after i get into the windows desktop

Things I tried:

Uninstall Drivers

Clean Gpu

Replug Gpu

In your post you stated that "temps are low", what is the possibility the third fan isn't running because it doesn't need to run to keep the temps low?  Just a thought.......

Yes it could be the software used to control you GPU (Overclocking/fan speed/etc) is turning off fans when they are not needed.

I have an ASUS ROG RTX 3090 and 2 case fans attached to the fan headers on it. When temps are below 48C the fans do not spin on both the card and case. Sometimes only 2 of the gpu fans spin, but the case fans remain off until they are needed.

Sorry I probably edited my post. Refresh plz. Build Specs Below.
