Good idling temps for i7-10700k?

Hey y'all,

 

So I have a NZXT Kraken x73 (360mm AIO) mounted to the front of my Corsair 4000d Airflow and I was looking at my temps and I am idling around 32-36 degrees C

 

I was wondering if this is high or normal? Thanks.

What is your typical ambient / room temperature?

Idle temperatures will vary depending on your ambient.

As long as it is not abnormally high (i.e. 60*C+), then it should be fine.

 

Instead, you want to make sure the load / all-core CPU load temperatures is not not 90*C+.

Those are low idle temps.

during a stress test using cpu-z it got up to 77 but then leveled out at 75...

Thats pretty damn good if you keep everything at stock, you could squeeze in more if you want with light OC.

@SorryClaire Yah probably. But I mean I don't really know how, and don't see the point because it runs fast enough already. Also I wouldn't want to break something. I have considered it though...
