a lib that allows you to find similar face/characteristic?

I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for, but when like you search an image on google usually it finds or exactly the same image, or similar images

 

I'm looking for something that allows to find/search people with similar characteristics to a given image/dataset, but I'm not quite sure how to do that

 

application, for a web clawler

So you want to be able to upload an image of a face and find pictures of people with similar facial features?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

yes, but restricted for platforms

 

or specific characteristics like hair, and not the overall face

I don't doubt some government surveillance agencies may have a way to do this, but for something any random person can use... good luck.
