Under desk cable managment

What do you guys use for under desk cable management? I'm looking to up my setup by cleaning up some cable management under the desk. Do most people use the "raceways" bitwit talks about or the wire tray from Ikea? Looking for all sorts of options.

Ha I'm currently using tension but it's not working very well... plus I don't think it's good for the cables to have lots of tension on them

I'd have to use smaller screws with that, but it may work... also was hoping for something that wasn't so tall... I dont plan to put a big surge protector in it as I have a UPS. So smaller bricks is all it needs to hold.

My personal setup is a bit different, because I have a monitor stand.  So I'm routing all my cabling down the post.
