Did Samsung fix G9 issues?

No, most of the issues are still not fixed. Samsung released many firmware updates and afaik even a hardware revision since the release, but i still constantly see people having scanline and flickering issues. Even the new "Neo" variant is plagued with the same issues.

There are plenty of options on the market, so don't support Samsung in their lazy behavior and incompetence with buying one of their monitors.

Hi,

Planning to get Samsung G9 but online feedback about QC is horrendous, flickering, leaks...etc and it seems to be more hardware than software.

My local shop told me that the unit he has is manufactured in Oct where samsung already recalled all G9 and produced new versions with no issues.

Is this right?

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
