BSOD'S, Windows failing to update for the past month, memory issues in both Opera and Chrome browers

There's just a whole slew of issues with this PC and I'm at my wits end now. I've brought it to Microcenter for BSODs, random page crashes in Chrome, and an inability to sustain more than 30 minutes of The Outer Worlds gameplay before black screen crashing. They guessed it could be my mobo or PSU, but they were unable to replicate any of my issues so they added more thermal paste to the cpu, made sure my GPU was fully installed and gave it back.

Still got BSODs, but the hardware has been stress tested, RAM has been mem tested (no issues), and I still can't tell what's wrong with it. Windows Update has failed every update since my last refresh at the end of July. Games like Overwatch crash sometimes, and now what used to be instant boot up with my SSD is now taking as long as my old HDD in my old desktop.

Also getting DISM error 87 and 193 when trying to run in elevated command.

This is my first official build and I'm about to hit that 1yr mark since I built it and have been attempting to troubleshoot it. Attached are the files requested when it comes to BSODs, and below are the specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
Mobo: X570 AORUS PRO WIFI (rev. 1.1/1.2) F30 BIOS
GPU: EVGA NVIDIA 3070
OS: Window 10 Home versions 21H1, OS build 19043.1110
RAM: 16GB; Trident Z Neo; DDR4-3600 8gb; CL16-19-19-39
PSU: Seasonic Prime TX-850; Safety Model SSR-850TR

Any help would be seriously appreciated. I just want my damned PC to work ☹️

So Microcenter have tested your hardware and everything "works"? Maybe the only thing they have not tested is your SSD / OS drive.

Could it be that Windows installation is corrupt? Maybe your SSD is failing? I'm guessing you own a SSD for OS drive.

What are the bald codes?

ot looks like it might be unstable memory xmp, should be fixable by not using docp.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

Boot Drive: 1tb SSD Samsung EVO 860

2nd Drive: 2TB HDD Seagate BarraCuda 3.5" SATA III

3rd drive: 250GB SSD Samsung EVO 860

Bald codes? If you mean BSODs the majority of them state the most generic lines:

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

once or twice it referenced a Kernel issue, and my Event Viewer is clogged with DistributedCOM errors

Now the pc is taking 6+ minutes on the “please wait” screen after I attempted to restart it.

I feel like my only option now is to reinstall it Again 😞 or try to buy a new SSD

edit: it took nearly 8 minutes (timed it) for the damn thing to full load up
