Apple ID force log out

So I am working on a mac book that I don't have the admins on and I accidentally logged in to my email and the iCloud control panel is restricted so I cant log out the conventional way. Is there some way to force it to log out? Maybe a terminal command that doesn't require admin? I cant find anything on line so I am guessing am stuck but if anyone knows anything that would be helpful! I also tried doing it though my phone witch is the main device but its not working for some reason.

How does that do anything it's my mac book it's in my possession.

If you change your email address password it will not be able to connect to it any more and lose access.

Thats kinda more than I want to do to fix this but ok thx anyway.

Then just wipe the pc and call it a day thats another fix.

I think I will just try to contact the guy that has admin. Thx anyway.
