I have every thing I need except a graphics card because of the shortages, what are good budget GPUs near msrp.

The only good GPU closest to it's MSRP is a 6600 XT, but still its like 150 higher. The only GPU at MSRP is a 1030, but it's not a good GPU. You would really have to be patient

nothing beats used 2080ti for 700bucks on ebay. But its not "budget"

its just price to performance.

Best Buy and Microcenter sometimes get local physical stock at MSRP

even past the current GPU market's bloated pricing there's so many cost bumps on components, shipping, and fab time that MSRP isnt really an accurate figure at this point.
