Budget (700$ or less) 

Country: Norway

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming and Video editing

Other details (I already have: intel i5-11600K CPU, 16 GB RAM Gigabyte RX 580 GPU, 80 plus Plat PSU, Elgato HD60 PRO, 2 TB Storage. I do want to buy a new GPU for two/three 1080p 60hz monitors.

Which one should I choose and are the opportunities?

You're not going to find a newer GPU with a DVI-D input, but your could always get a DP to DVI or HDMI to DVI cord for that monitor.

You can get HDMI to DVI cables,  or you can get HDMI - DVI passive adapter. You don't need a DVI on the video card side, you can use a HDMI output on the video card with that monitor.

 

Modern video cards don't have DVI anymore because it uses too much space and it's limited in capabilities. They will have one or two HDMI ports and a couple of DisplayPort connectors, but usually a maximum of 3 video outputs functional.

I just found out my dad have an adapter so we are talking HDMI and Displayport
