i am so sorry for being lAte, but the OEM is "Shenzhen City Jiu Meng Electronics Technology co., ltd" according to their Amazon Sellers page: here, their older 80 plus ratings of "ARESGAME" PSUs, and a list from Tom's Hardware listing them as a manufacturer: here.
