ASUS 504GM thermal paste replacement

Does anyone have idea what is the diameter of the screws the connects the heat-sink to motherboard?

I sent my computer to a repair half a year ago and they have changed my thermal paste even though they didn't have to (cause I've changed it few months earlier then them). now the problem is not that they changed the thermal paste (because I can do it myself) .the problem is now that I wanted to re-paste the computer again I noticed that 3 out of 6 of the screws are kind of eaten and destroyed.

I was wondering how could I measure the diameter or at-least if someone knows cause I couldn't find it on the internet and I didn't secure those 3 screws like they should be secured because they are damaged and this affects the thermal performance.
