A 750W psu is overkill for just a single 770. Any 600w psu would be more than enough. An i5-4670K, 8gb of ram, any z87 mobo if you want to overclock

Well it was a high quality PSU, and at a good price. I just was recomending to use my rig, but a better GPU and DEFINITLY NOT my PSU, it is terrrrrible

Overkill for what you need but stays in your budget and will last longer than a cheaper build :)

A B85 motherboard would not allow you to overclock. If you don't want to overclock get the i5 4670 instead of the i5 4670K or if you want to overclock get a Z87 motherboard and a aftermarket CPU cooler. Also you probably don't need liquid cooling, a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO would be fine for you needs.

That is the most lopsided pair you've given so far. :P Why not a 4670k and a 760 or preferably a 770?
