Low GPU usagw

I recently built a computer. The specs are as followed:

Ryzen 7 3600

32gb 3200mhz patriot ram

Msi b550 mpg

Evga 3060 xc

2 x 1tb nvme drives

 

No matter what my settings are set at in a game, I am running low fps and my gpu usage is low. I would like to think the graphics card should be working harder to produce higher fps. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a different setting I need to use? I don't believe I am bottle necking.

Aoc 32" 165 hz curve with v-sync

Yes they are up to date from Nvidia app

What resolution are you running and what FPS are you getting?

I am running 1080. Usually low 50s on all games.

I'd try DDU to remove the drivers and reinstall. Fixes a lot of these odd types of issues.
