Regain “Full Control” permission for file that I own.

Hello,

Long story short,

I have a docx file saved on a computer at work. I have ownership of this file and should have full control of it. I wanted to have 2 more people modifying it so I added 2 more people in security, they only have read, write, execute permissions. Now, I messed up and deleted myself in the list. So now I can not even see it. And the other two’s account can only read write, so I can’t put myself back in from their accounts. No one else has access to it.

Is there anyway to restore my permission on the file without bothering admin privileges?

PS: I can’t reset the parent folder’s permission because that would require admin privileges. I’m trying to take care of it myself.
