Low Profile CPU Cooler Recommendations?

Hello,

I'm currently using the AMD Wraith Stealth cooler in my itx build.

 

I want my CPU to boost to it's max speeds for more FPS in my CPU bound games but I don't think that will be possible if I stick with the Wraith Stealth (currently at 3.8-3.9 GHz). My case supports up to 73mm coolers.

 

What coolers do you guys recommend for my current build? I've been looking at the Noctua L9a but I am open to cheaper/better options.
