PSU suggestion

Hello,
Tomorrow my Nitro+ 6600XT will arrive. Need a budget friendly PSU suggestion.
I was going to take thermaltake smart BM2 550w (local retailers were selling this as a bundle). I heard some of the thermaltake psu are exploding and other issues. so ..

1. Is BM2 550w a good PSU?

2. Do i need more than 550w PSU for overclocking this gpu?

It's a tier C PSU, so it shouldn't cause an explosion or anything, but I would still try finding a PSU in tier B or higher for that system.

 

MSI A650GF is good without being expensive

its nto the best, but should be fine. How much is CX-F, CX or pure power 11?

I don't advise a double forward like the BM2 and a ACRF like Pure Power 11 with recent GPUs. Look for something more modern with LLC on the primairy like Corsair CX-F/TXM Gold, Fractal ION Gold, Bitfenix Formula Gold for example.

not all brands are imported in my country. plus don't have a budget for gold rated psu. might take corsair CV650
